Silliker performs Hotel and Catering Audits in Europe for leading hotels and restaurant chains. Our hotel audit is a review of food service activities that are conducted on-site for the hotel, including food safety systems, temperature controls and sanitation procedures. The auditor also evaluates food service employee practices for adherence to hygiene and sanitation. Also, a certain number of sleeping rooms can be audited for general sanitation and cleanliness. Housekeeping practices and employees are also evaluated.

A streamlined Catering audit for store and franchise units for general sanitation and cleanliness and temperature controls is also offered in Europe. Auditors can also collect product samples for microbiological evaluation.
