chains. Our hotel audit is a review of food service activities that are
conducted on-site for the hotel, including food safety systems, temperature
controls and sanitation procedures. The auditor also evaluates food service
employee practices for adherence to hygiene and sanitation. Also, a certain
number of sleeping rooms can be audited for general sanitation and cleanliness.
Housekeeping practices and employees are also evaluated.

streamlined Catering audit for store and franchise units for general sanitation

also collect product samples for microbiological evaluation.
