EZ Swab Environmental Sampling Kits
Our hassle-free sampling kits contain everything you need to conduct routine sampling of your processing environment and quickly verify the effectiveness of QA procedures. Unlike many traditional sponges, our cellulose sponges are free of inhibitory compounds and hydrated with a buffer to eliminate the need for messy bottles.

Each kit contains:

  • 40 self-contained EZ Swab units with a hydrated, cellulose sponge and glove
  • 40 sampling labels
  • An insulated shipping container and refrigerated pack
  • Detailed instructions and sampling locations and techniques

Customized kits for larger or smaller quantities are also available.

Pathogen Reduction Kits
Our "Pathogen Reduction" sampling kits are designed to help companies meet the challenges of the Pathogen Reduction and HACCP Final Rule. Kits can be ordered with or without shipping coolers and contain enough supplies for 15 samples.

Cattle/Swine Carcass Swab kits include:

  • 10X10 disposable templates

  • 25 ml plastic bottles of Butterfield's Phosphate buffer

  • Dehydrated sponges inside sterile sample bags w/ attached gloves

Chicken Carcass Rinse kits include:

  • 400 ml plastic bottles of Butterfield's Phosphate buffer
  • Sterile, pre-labeled vials
  • 30 stomacher bags (3500 ml) and gloves in separate sterile packs
