TRAINING COURSES FOR FOOD HANDLERS

To ensure an optimal hygienic safety of foods for consumers is not only a legal requirement, but a fundamental condition to satisfy customer needs.

Since Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs was published, the company is responsible of the training of food handlers, and has to ensure the supervision and instruction or training of food handlers in food hygiene matters in accordance with their work activity.

The company may choose to provide this training on their own, or hire a specialized company like SILLIKER IBERICA.
